吉隆坡湖畔火烈鳥飯店是位於安邦地區內，地理位置優越，距離吉隆坡國際機場需78分鐘左右的車程。客人或可選擇乘搭吉隆坡機場快捷火車到中央車站，轉搭出租車或是巴士到公寓。公寓附近有許多相當多的道地或是西式美食供客人選擇。除此之外，只需要乘搭巴士到附近的輕快鐵站或是乘搭出租車可到達，大約19分鐘左右。雄偉的雙峰塔就位於市中心。

Its an average hotel i can say...all amenities provided..services ok..but no interesting spot nearby...i stay here due to leisure n i want to close to melawati mall to go there early in the morning.

Room and amenities are just fine. Got tv with local chanel and fridge also. Free hotel parking. But I feel very disappointed with my 2nd visit cz the breakfast is getting worse. Cheap cereal, susu tasteless, cheap sosauge, sos chili basi, tasteless soup. Roti pun keras. Aduh sedihhhhh. Kalau takde chef, boleh je hotel beli makanan gerai dan letak dari hidangkan tasteless food macam ni or please exclude breakfast from room package much better.

Fast check in. Saya rasa pihak hotel perlu upgrade kan Breakfast. Hidangan sangat biasa dan tiada variety. Bilik selesa, tandas cantik dan bersih.

We arrived at 2am in the morning. Parked at basement level. Check-in was quick. Decent room size and furnishings. Bathroom was a bit outdated but okay for me. But all blown away by amazing the balcony lake view in the morning. 5/5 for the lake view.

Apa yang paling menonjol adalah layanan staf yang sangat mesra dan profesional sejak dari proses daftar masuk hingga waktu daftar keluar. Mereka sentiasa bersedia membantu dengan senyuman, menjadikan suasana terasa sangat selesa dan dihargai. Lokasi hotel yang terletak berhampiran tasik juga memberi ketenangan selepas seharian bekerja. Kemudahan bilik selesa dan bersih, sesuai untuk penginapan jangka pendek atau panjang. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati dan pasti akan mencadangkan Flamingo The Lake kepada rakan-rakan dan rakan sekerja yang mencari penginapan yang tenang dan selesa di Kuala Lumpur.
